Our highly qualified staff in our diversified metalworking department will fulfill all of your toolmaking requirements.
We can produce and repair the tooling components needed in our company, whether these are diverse moulds or complex tools, primarily for injection-moulded parts but also for punched parts.
In some cases, an injection mould is a single-unit production lot, which means that a lot of effort is involved.
To ensure precise production, we work with the latest software.
We use a CAD/CAM system (VISI, Solid Edge) for the design of tools and special machinery. We use the Siemens STEP 7 PLC system for the control/programming of the machines.
Once everything has been designed, drawn, and programmed, the tools and equipment are manufactured using our machines.
Our available machinery includes:
- 4 Fräsmaschinen (Deckel FP1, Deckel Maho DMU60T, Macmon M400CNC)
- 1 Erodiermaschine (AGIE Modo Star 20)
- 1 Spinner (VC750)
- 2 conventional lathes (Reform SD40A, Weiler Primus)
- 1 Schleifmaschine (ABA Werk SF450-30)
- Other machines for machining tools, sheet metal and rods
- 1 Mikroschweißgerät (Cronitex WIG/TIG) [bis zu 3/10]
- Various measuring and testing devices
